All fish are subject to availability.
Marine fish are live animals, and availability may vary depending on season, supplier availability, health, and transportation conditions.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual fish may vary slightly in size, colour, pattern, and appearance.
A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will always be available.

3. Orders & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by SS Marine Fish.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may be contacted to confirm order details before dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable delivery, packaging, or other charges may be added to the order where applicable.
Payment must be completed through the payment method provided by SS Marine Fish.
In case of an incorrect price displayed due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to correct the price and inform the customer.

5. Live Fish & Shipping

Because marine fish are live animals, shipping involves certain natural risks.

We take reasonable care in packing fish for transportation.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, transportation conditions, and courier availability.
Delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control will not necessarily qualify for a refund.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment when required.

6. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

If a fish arrives deceased, customers should immediately contact SS Marine Fish and provide clear photographic or video evidence as requested.

Any DOA claim must be reported within the time period specified by SS Marine Fish after delivery. Claims without appropriate evidence may not be accepted.

The resolution of an approved DOA claim may include replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the fish.

Important: Fish that die due to improper acclimation, unsuitable aquarium conditions, poor water quality, incorrect temperature or salinity, stress after introduction, or other customer-related circumstances may not qualify for a DOA claim.

7. Acclimation & Aquarium Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly acclimating newly purchased fish and maintaining suitable aquarium conditions.

We strongly recommend checking:

Water temperature
Salinity / specific gravity
pH
Ammonia and nitrite
Tank maturity and filtration
Compatibility with existing livestock

SS Marine Fish cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unsuitable aquarium conditions or improper acclimation.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live marine fish, returns may not be accepted once a fish has been delivered and introduced into the customer’s aquarium.

Refunds, replacements, or credits will be handled according to our applicable return and DOA policies.

9. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and other order details.

SS Marine Fish will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

10. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that every product description, image, price, availability status, or other website information will always be completely accurate or error-free.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove website content without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

SS Marine Fish will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, extreme weather, natural events, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
